The short list of things that get a server suspended. It exists so that a suspension is never a surprise and never a matter of interpretation.
Hosting or distributing content that is unlawful in the jurisdiction of the location you chose; unsolicited bulk messaging; phishing, malware distribution and credential stuffing; port scanning, and any attack launched from our network.
Addresses are assigned to you for the duration of the service and are not portable. Announcing address space you do not control, spoofing source addresses, and running open resolvers or open mail relays are prohibited.
Abuse reports are triaged, and where the issue can be fixed you are asked to fix it within a deadline before anything is suspended. Immediate suspension is reserved for ongoing attacks, active phishing and valid legal orders.
A suspended service is restored once the cause has been removed. Data is retained during the grace period stated in the terms of service; a repeated breach ends the contract.
Support forwards anything legal to the people who wrote it, and answers in writing.
