FAQ
If you pay through the online gateway, provisioning is automatic: the moment the transaction clears, the container is built, ports open and the game process starts, with nobody approving a ticket by hand. A card-to-card transfer needs a receipt checked by a person, and that check is the slow step — so the gateway path is always faster. We publish the measured median delivery time on the status page and hold ourselves to that number rather than a marketing one.
The Persian arm takes Iranian bank cards through a Shaparak gateway and card-to-card transfers with a receipt upload; no international card, PayPal or crypto is needed. Iranian gateways cannot store a card or take a recurring debit, so a prepaid wallet is offered as the third method and renewals draw from it. The English arm is a separate checkout with separate payment rails, and the two are never bridged.
If the service never came up, or never worked from the start, the full amount is returned. If you cancel mid-period, the unused part of what you prepaid goes back to your wallet as credit and can be spent on another service. The exact window and the exceptions are set out in the refund policy document, and that document governs — not something said in a ticket.
On a fixed line, Dubai runs roughly 35–65 ms, Istanbul 45–75 ms and Frankfurt 75–110 ms. These are ranges rather than guarantees, and on a mobile ISP you should add another 30–60 ms on top. We publish jitter and packet loss next to the ping figure, because jitter — not mean latency — is what actually ruins a session. The Tehran location is not live yet, and we will not sell it before it is.
Traffic is filtered at the upstream network edge before it reaches your machine, and the filter stays on permanently rather than being switched on once an attack starts. Filter profiles are tuned per game, because a Rust server’s UDP pattern is nothing like a Minecraft server’s and a generic profile drops real players along with the flood. The contracted scrubbing capacity is stated on the network page; a vague large number in a headline usually means there is no protection at all.
Yes. A snapshot is taken automatically every day, and you can take one yourself at any time — which is exactly what you should do before installing a mod or changing versions. Restoring is done from your own panel and does not need a ticket. That said, snapshots live on the same platform, so if a world genuinely matters, pull a copy down over SFTP as well.
Yes — you get full file access, both SFTP and an in-panel file editor, with no need to send anything to support. For games with an official library (Steam Workshop, CurseForge, tModLoader) installs are one click from the panel; anything else you upload yourself. Switching version or loader — vanilla, Paper, Forge, Fabric — is done from the same panel without rebuilding the service. Take a manual snapshot before a heavy mod install; undoing a broken one then takes about a minute.
Yes. The difference is prorated across the days left in the period and you see that exact figure before confirming; the period does not restart. Adding RAM, slots or disk takes effect on one restart and your data stays where it is. Downgrades apply at the end of the period, because shrinking a disk requires your current data to fit inside the smaller plan first.
On Iranian plans, domestic traffic is unmetered and unthrottled, and the number printed on the plan card is the international quota — the Iranian market treats these as two separate meters and collapsing them into one figure is misleading. If the international quota runs out the service is not switched off; you are notified and can buy more. On European plans there is a single traffic figure, because the domestic/international split does not exist there.
Iranian gateways do not store cards and cannot take a recurring debit, so renewals are drawn from your wallet balance and we send Telegram and SMS reminders before the due date. If the balance is short the service is not deleted straight away: it is suspended first and the data is held for a defined period so you have time to top up. The suspension grace period and the data-retention window are stated in the terms of service. If you do not want to renew, deleting the service is enough — nothing is drawn for the next period.
