Refund Policy

Consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days, without giving reasons.

Because a server is provisioned within minutes, this is a service that begins before the withdrawal period ends. Under § 356(5) BGB the right of withdrawal lapses only if you expressly consented to us starting early and confirmed that you thereby lose that right. Checkout asks for that consent explicitly; if you do not give it, provisioning waits.

A clear statement by email or in a panel ticket is enough. There is no form to complete and no reason to give, and we confirm receipt in writing.

Cancel a monthly plan and it stops at the end of the period already paid for. Prepaid quarterly, six-month and yearly terms are refunded pro rata for the whole months not yet used, valued at the monthly rate of the period actually consumed.

Third-party licences already issued for a started month, such as a Windows Server licence, and add-ons already consumed. Both are named at checkout before you buy them.

Refunds are returned to the payment method used for the original payment. On the Persian arm they are settled by the Iranian partner entity through the same payment channel.
